About shipping costs

Shipping within Japan: For purchases under 20,000 yen, a shipping fee of 800 yen applies. Shipping is free for purchases of 20,000 yen or more. For all other countries outside of Japan, shipping is 3,000 yen for purchases under 30,000 yen, and free for purchases of 30,000 yen or more.

Shipping Method

The shipping method will be determined by our store, and in principle, customers cannot choose their preferred method.

Regarding delivery time

At NOT JUST YET, we carefully inspect each item after receiving your order and then ship it from overseas. Therefore, after confirming your payment,Within 3-10 business daysWe will ship it to you. (Average delivery time is 7 days from shipping.)
However, please note that delivery delays may occur due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the control of the delivery company.

Regarding damage during delivery, etc.

While we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented during packaging, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transit due to unforeseen circumstances or the responsibility of the shipping company after the item has been handed over to them.

We ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches and dents on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product itself.
